Hi, I am Amy with Iluma Learning and I am today talking to executives in heavy equipment - if you are an executive in the C-suite. So I'm looking for presidents, vice presidents, and executive vice presidents, high level directors, anyone who is running the operation in heavy equipment. I am looking to put together a mastermind group that is going to do a six month intensive of leadership training and mastermind development around your strategy, your leadership goals, and moving you through some really important individual development. We're going to do some deep in-depth coaching, and we're going to do it in a small group format. We will come together and for an in-person retreat, but at the beginning we will start with putting you together with people that are like you, that have responsibilities like you, that are responsible for a big budget and a lot of people and in making things happen in heavy equipment.

So this is a great opportunity. I'm looking to put this group together, and so I am cherry picking those of you that, you know, I love you and I like to work with you. I am looking for a few good candidates to join me in doing this work.
