Hi, I am Amy with Iluma Learning and I had shared earlier about an executive coaching program that I am wanting to start and I am really pleased to get a lovely direct response from several people that I think would be terrific to be in our first beta group! This executive coaching program, you know, I love to work with executives. I love it and I love heavy equipment. So those are my things. I really enjoy when I can work with someone who has a lot of authority to influence a group of people to really affect change for the better, for a large number of people. We're getting somewhere. So I'm looking for you. I'm looking for a few good men and women who want to come together and work with me monthly for six months. We're going to come together in person and do an awesome retreat that you will love. But before that, we're going to be working together for a six month period where we are going to be coming together, dealing with issues, getting real, and getting on camera every month in front of each other through a teams meeting. So we'll be using this to help get to know each other, help cover some of the issues that you're dealing with, and figure out some high-end strategies.

I am looking to transform your leadership skills. So there's a terrific book that I love, Ben Hardy and Dan Sullivan wrote it, and it's called "10 Times is Easier than Two Times. And I'm telling you the kind of things in this book is what we need to be talking about. We need to be talking about not doubling our effort, not doubling our revenue, we want to 10 times what we're doing so that we get a more dynamic result. We don't wanna work people more. We want people to work smarter. We want your people to be empowered to get the job done. We want them to be smart, know how to think on their feet, and feel confident in making good decisions for your dealership or for your manufacturing. And so in order to do that, you've got to, you've gotta be on your game.

And so how are you gonna get there? You're going to do it on your own? You're not. You don't do that because you're too busy. So what I want to do is hold your hand for six months and slap you around a little bit and make you work hard to really improve how you are leading your people. And it is an inside job, my friend. We've got work to do on ourselves, figuring out how we show up and figuring out what our blind spots are. And I want to help you do that.
