Amy Talks Leadership Ignite 2!

That’s right! Leadership Ignite 2 is in the works! Listen as Amy sits down with Sierra to talk about the plan for this next step of Leadership Ignite.

Transcription:

Sierra: Hi Amy.

Amy: Hi Sierra.

Sierra: Well, obviously I’m on your team, so I know we have a lot of different projects in the works right now.

Amy: Yeah.

Sierra: And a lot of exciting things going on, and I just want to give you an opportunity to tell the people what we have in the works and what they can expect in the coming year.

Amy: Okay. Well, thank you for asking ’cause you know, I love to talk about this stuff. You know, one thing that I’m super excited about that we’re working on is our phase two of Leadership Ignite. Leadership Ignite is our full dealership program that is all about helping lift the entire organization into being more aware in order to perform better for their customers and each other. And what we’re finding as we take dealerships through Leadership Ignite is that there are some people within the organization that really want to go even deeper. And so we’ve created another program of Leadership Ignite level two that is all about taking a small group of people in management into a much deeper and profound opportunity to build their leadership skills. So, right now it’s a six month program. We start with a live retreat where we come together as a group and we start to uncover a lot of our motivations, how we show up, how we’re really communicating a lot around our mindset and how that impacts how we actually show up and manage other people. And I’m very excited about that. We’ve got some surprising new products that we’re creating that make that a really interesting project. And I’m excited about what you’re doing on that Sierra.

Sierra: Thank you!

Amy: Along with Devon on our team. So we are doing some really interesting work that I think is going to help people show up on purpose, more focused and with a very clear sense of what their priority is and some tools to keep them from getting distracted. So I think it’s a terrific project and I’m super excited about our development on it, so I’m glad we could talk about it today.
