This 6-month program includes:

• 3 1-to-1 individual coaching sessions held over zoom (we will schedule these with the SPARK leader after enrollment).
• Online course with 6 modules delivering critical foundational leadership skills.
• Weekly communications with additional guidance, on-the-ground mini challenges and stretch assignments from coaches
• A Q&A library of questions submitted by SPARK leaders answered directly by coaches, and a portal where they can submit their own questions any time.
• Regular update emails from coaches to supervisors of SPARK leaders to keep you in the loop on learning and development.

This SPARK coaching membership is for one participant's access to the full, guided online program and 3 individual coaching sessions. This program membership begins when the first online module is delivered to the SPARK participant and extends for a period of 6 months from that date. Individual coaching sessions will be scheduled directly with the participant after successful enrollment into the program.
